Get The Girl On Track..
The next project is to get me to actually compete in motorsport! I have always wanted to compete in motorsport and lets face it I'm not getting any younger so it's now or never! So what am I going to do? Circuit racing, Stage Rallying, Rallycross, Hill Climb, there are so many avenues I could look into! I have to say being a girl born and raised in west Wales I do love Rally! And I have had a copy of the MSA go Rallying starter pack hidden in my sock drawer for about a year now I guess I should go and get the License before the application expires! I have always wanted to compete in a stage rally as a driver since I was 14 years old, Time is only moving forwards and we get older each year so it's about time I sort this out before I turn 30 years old in a few years!
I have also been in touch with a motorsport team involved with the Mini Challenge in order to see if it would be possible for me to ever consider competing in the championship. My conclusion is it will take a lot of work but nothing is impossible and if I work hard enough one day I could work my way up to having a competitive seat in the Mini Challenge Championship, and if i work a bit harder I could be rallying as well!
I look forward to the day of possibly being a grand mother telling my future grand kids about the days when I used to compete in motorsport!
